What's Buzzing at Spring Valley?

Picture perfect radish

The weather is finally starting to heat up and so are things at SVSF!

Just yesterday six new bee boxes were set up in the back of the field. Surprisingly each box contains about 50,000 bees, so the farm has been buzzzing with activity!
Although it is hard to compete with the busyness of the new bees, the crops are busy growing to harvestable heights, and the chickens have been very bravely battling with skunk that has been getting into their coop.

Everyone at Spring Valley invites you to stop by the farm on Tuesdays from 4-8 for a tour; see what is happening at the farm with your own eyes!
